Coordination and Accompaniment for Digital Transformation Facilitators

The Ministry of Education and Vocational Training, through the General Management of Evaluation and Territorial Cooperation, has launched the program “Improvement of the Educational Digital Competence”, #CompDigEdu (21-22), which is part of the Recovery and Resilience Mechanism (RRM), component 19.

The program’s ultimate objective is to improve students’ development of digital skills and the use of digital technologies in learning. This is achieved by developing teachers’ digital skills (both individual and chartered) and by transforming educational centres into fully digitally competent organizations.

Escuela21 develops, leads, and coordinates the implementation of the program by means of the following actions:

• Awareness, training, and accompaniment for Digital Transformation Facilitators to fulfil the task of advising educational centres in their educational transformation process along with the integration of technologies.
• Perform an advisory role in diagnosing the current situation of educational centres with regard to digital skills.
• Provide training for Digital Transformation Facilitators concerning the process of facilitation and set up meetings with centres, leadership teams and training managers.
• Accompaniment for Digital Transformation Facilitators in advising the centres regarding the design, implantation, and evaluation of their Digital Plan.
